About the Author
Ernie Ginsler is a popular author, presenter and workshop
facilitator on board governance. He has spent over 30 years
working with and for nonprofit organizations and has served as
front-line staff, executive director, board member and board
chair. He has launched new nonprofits, is a former Vice-
President Allocations for the United Way of Greater Toronto, and
has taught nonprofit management at the university level. For the
last eighteen years, he has provided organizational consulting
services to local, provincial, and national nonprofits. He currently
serves on the boards of four organizations and is a contributor to
the e-journal Nonprofit Boards and Governance Review.
